Hey my love, I’m Josie - psychic medium, aura expert, energy healer, intuitive guide, spiritual mentor, and the proud founder of Happy, Healthy, Wealthy- The Membership.
I’m not here to float above the mess - I’m here to walk with you through it, because believe me, I’ve been there. After losing my dad at 21, I hit rock bottom. I was burnt out and grief stricken, drowning in anxiety, stuck in jobs that drained me, and riddled with self-doubt. I had zero confidence, no clarity, and absolutely no trust in my own decisions.
But one day I made a choice (whilst hoovering my house) - to stop surviving, say 'yes' to change and start listening to something deeper.
That decision changed everything for me, and in just six months I became a booked out psychic medium, dove headfirst into energy healing, crystals, and soul connection, and completely transformed my life. For once in my life everything started to click - I moved to my dream cottage in the countryside, built a business I love, money flowed and in ways that felt magical and effortless, my nervous system felt regulated, and I created a life on my own terms.

What happens on sign up?

After you have submitted the sign up and payment information, you will receive an access link to The Happy, Healthy, Wealthy Facebook Group where you can dive in and get to know the community! Within 12 hours you will receive an email with your login information for your private learning portal where you will have access to £3000 worth of spiritual content. This email will tell you everything you need to know about getting the best out of the membership and how to check for upcoming events.
How does the billing work?

On sign up, payments will continue to be taken on a monthly basis until you cancel or suspend your membership. If your payment details change or expire, you will receive an email after a failed payment with an opportunity to update your payment information. If you do not complete this step during the 'grace' period of 3 days, your membership will automatically be cancelled and you will have to sign up again to continue to be an HHW member. If you have any difficulty, please do reach out via email to hello@thepsychicenergyhealer.com
Am I expected to attend the LIVE masterclasses and healing sessions?

As much as you are very welcome to attend any events in real time, all sessions are also designed to be watched back at a later date. Replays will always be available either inside of the Facebook group or in your private dashboard so you can watch back at your leisure.
How do I go about getting spiritual insight from Josie inside of the group?

The facebook group is always open for you to ask for spiritual guidance and support from other members. If you require Josie to tune into your energy to give clarity and insight, simply write a post (anonymously if you choose) and tag Josie into your post. You will then received a channeled message from Josie and her guides within her work hours of Mon - Fri, 10am - 5pm within 72 hours of your post.
What if I don't want to share my problems and life obstacles with the group to receive Spiritual Guidance? Can I message Josie privately instead?

Whilst it can feel scary to share your challenges with strangers, there will always be somebody inside the membership who has been through / is going through something similar to what you are experiencing. Facebook now has a handy 'anonymous' function when posting which allows you to hide your name if you do not wish to share it, especially with private or sensitive questions. As an HHW Member you can receive tons of support within the group setting for just £29 a month, but it does not include 1:1 private responses from Josie. If you would like 1:1 private from Josie, please book a reading or healing session from the services page on on this website.
How do I cancel my membership and what happens then?

If you would like to cancel your monthly subscription, please email hello@thepsychicenergyhealer.com and give at least 7 days notice before your next payment goes out. Your membership will then be cancelled and no more payments will be taken, and you will have until what would have been your next payment date to have full use of the private Facebook group, Learning Portal and its content, and any discount codes and member privileges. After this time, your access will be restricted and you will not have access to the content after cancellation.
What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds on monthly payments that have already gone out / month's that you have already signed up for, and also we do not refund for month's that you have not made use of the content.
