Here you will find options to book a session with me either online via zoom or in person (from my treatment room in Market Drayton, Shropshire UK).

I am a Fully Qualified Crystal Energy Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, Womb Healer and Psychic Medium so there will be plenty of support for you to choose from!
All of the work I do centres around utilising the Universal energy that is available to us all. When carrying out Energy Healing I am a channel for the Universal light energy to gently cleanse and rebalance any unwanted, stagnant energy within your body whilst amplifying with the use of crystals (please read further if you are interested in how crystals actually work). When conducting a Psychic Reading I am simply tapping into the energy of the client in order to pass on messages from the spiritual realm. Everything is energy from the ground we walk on, to the air we breathe, to the bodies we reside in. And this is all I rely on to do the job I do.
My aim is always to cleanse and clear as much heavy energy that may have built up as I can from my clients, to bring balance and clarity back into the body and help to set you back on your path feeling light, bright and knowing you can achieve ANYTHING!
Very often after receiving an Energy Healing Session you will feel elevated in your mood, have a clear direction in where you need to go next and feel positive about the future.
Psychic Reading

As a Psychic Medium I am able to to tap into a person's bodily energy and receive spiritual guidance in the form of visions, sounds, feelings and knowing. These messages that I receive will help me to see what kind of life you may have had up until this point and how it has affected you. I then look at your current position and if you are being held back in any way- before passing on the best solution and most positive way forward for you. I do have the ability to see your future if you continue to walk the path you are - and you also have the choice to choose differently.

During my Psychic Readings I will first guide you through a short 'opening up' meditation to help you relax and for me to connect more deeply into your energy. I will then pull you 3 cards to set the tone for your reading, before delving into the spiritual messages that are coming through for you. I also give you the opportunity to ask direct questions if you wish in which I will then channel a response from spirit, before closing down and from each other's energy and grounding you at the end of our session.

I offer Readings both In Person from my treatment room in Market Drayton, Shropshire, UK and online via zoom - energy knows no boundaries so I can assure you that no one option is better than the other.

Crystal Energy Therapy & Reiki (In Person)

Crystal Energy Therapy and Reiki is a beautiful treatment that I offer from my deluxe loft space in Market Drayton, Shropshire, UK. The session begins with me introducing myself and performing 'a chakra diagnosis' to assess how open or blocked your energy system currently is. Very often you will be able to resonate and link how you have been feeling to the blocks in your energy E.G feeling anxious, stressed about money, heart broken, disconnected etc.

I will then perform a full body energetic balance where you will lie on the treatment bed under a cosy blanket and close your eyes for around 50 minutes, whilst listening to some peaceful music.
​
During the session I will place various crystals on your body and allow their natural vibration to work its way into your system.
​
Crystals hold a frequency like everything else in this Universe, and are very stable and natural form of energy. By placing something so pure and stable on our body (we as humans are very easily influenced by the energy around us, whether that be positive or negative) we absorb the vibration of the crystal which therefore brings balance. Crystals have the ability to absorb, diffuse and disperse negative energy within the body and are amazing and natural tools to alleviate a number of ailments.

During your session I will rebalance and ground your energy, cut any cords and repair any auric depreciation, as well as removing any negative attachments if any are present.
We will then bring you around gently and provide water to rehydration.

This is my favourite type of treatment! A combination of a Crystal Energy Therapy & Reiki Session plus a Psychic Reading delivered in my cosy deluxe treatment in Market Drayton, Shropshire, UK.

You can expect all of the benefits of a Crystal Energy Therapy session:

If you can not make it to my lovely treatment room, do not worry as I also offer a Distance Energy Healing session and Psychic Reading which is very powerful. Energy knows no boundaries and can be felt all around the world!

A combination of a Crystal Energy Therapy & Reiki Session plus a Psychic Reading afterwards delivered via Zoom.
​
Before your session I ask that you create a little space for yourself where you will not be disturbed, light a candle, choose some music and select a few crystals for your session if you desire.
​
I will ask for a recent photograph of yourself before our session together for me to tune into your energy, and at the time of your appointment I will send you a special bespoke meditation via voice note on WhatsApp. This meditation will help you to relax, for our energies to connect and to set the intention for our session together.
​
I then ask that you relax, spend some time being still and receptive to the healing for the next hour. You can expect all of the benefits of a Crystal Energy Therapy session as I work from afar:

FAQs

I'm new to energy healing / psychic readings - do I need to research anything beforehand?
​​
No, not at all. I always explain how I work any operate before each session, even if you have visited me several times. I do work quite differently to other Healers and Psychics and I have my own unique way of channelling, so I will make sure everything is made clear and that you feel comfortable before anything takes place.

I feel really nervous, will this affect my session?
​
Feeling nervous is really normal and something a lot of my new clients feel before their first session. I am a very warm and friendly person and will do everything I can to put you at ease. I think we get so nervous when we don't know what to expect and with anticipation. If you are booked in for a psychic reading then I always perform a meditation first to help you to relax and remove any blocks that may prevent me from entering your energy. Nervousness, Stress, Tension and Skepticism can cause many blocks in our body and can affect a psychic reader - however I have been doing this for years and I find that my meditation is highly effective. If you feel you are particularly 'blocked' then I would recommend opting for an Energy Healing & Psychic Reading combination as the healing will naturally 'open' you and make you easier to read for.

Do we have to do the meditation?
​
This is a unique way that I work and through years of experience I personally see that it makes a huge difference during my sessions. We lead such busy and stressful lives that naturally this can put up quite a block, that me as a reader can then be battling for 10-15 mins to get through. To save everyone time AND to help relax you, I do ask that you do the meditation and allow me to guide you. It's only 5 minutes and you will really enjoy it!

I see that you offer your treatments and services online also, isn't it best to come and see you in person?
​
Not at all, I have clients all around the world and my work is never impacted on whether a client is in the room with me. Energy knows no boundaries and as long as I can see your eyes (on Zoom or via a Photograph) I will be able to access you. The choice is yours of course, but often we can place limits on ourselves when we believe something to be true such as 'I need to be in the room to get the best experience'. It certainly does not affect the quality of my work so if you prefer to stay at home in your comfy clothes, that works for me!

How long have you been a healer / psychic reader?
​
I have been professionally working in the field since the beginning of 2020 when I publicly stepped out of the spiritual closet. However I have always had empathic and spiritual abilities my whole life. During my professional career I have carried out 500 + hours of readings and healing work.

How do Crystals work? Aren't they just rocks?
​
Yep, they are rocks but not 'just rocks'! Everything I do comes down to utilising frequency and vibration which is essentially what crystals are. Crystals comes from the earth and have a very pure and stable vibration. Depending on their colour and density determines how high or slow their frequency is, so whatever we need help with - there will be a certain crystal with a certain frequency that can help. We as humans are very unstable in our vibration, we are up and down and easily influenced by what is going on around us. You may resonate with when you are around a negative group of people that it too makes you feel that way, and when you are around a person of pure joy - they lift you up. We are easily influenced. So by placing a very pure and stable frequency on our body, we take on that pure and balanced frequency.

Crystals also work like sponges and are incredible at 'hoovering' up negative energy in the body. They do need regular cleansing however as they are so effective at absorbing heaviness from our energy system (and our home / environment) - and after frequent use they become blocked. It's really simple to cleanse crystals by 'smudging', using sunlight or moonlight, or using Selenite.

What does it feel like during an Energy Healing session?
​
No one experience is the same and because everyone is on their own individual journey's, every session will be different. You may just feel very relaxed during and after your session, but you may also experience feelings like floating, movement, sinking, hot or cold sensations, seeing colours, feeling like you are dreaming whilst awake, a weight in areas of the body or feeling like someone is holding your hand. This is not the whole list of what you may experience because is is so unique to each and every one of us, but I can assure you that you are safe and crystals can do you no harm. When we are rearranging your energy and rebalancing our system it is normal to FEEL this, so I always ask that you just surrender to whatever you are experiencing and explore. It is also very normal to cry during / after (or even before) a therapy session, our bodies are so clever and they know what to do in order to release more baggage from our energy. Also yawning, twitching and even laughing is normal - its all a form of release.

I feel so good after my session! Will I feel like this forever?!
​
It's so common to feel on cloud nine after a healing session, you feel super clarity and can see where you need to go next. Also all of your chakras (energy points) are clear and open, something we don't always feel and its awesome! When we go back into our normal life however, it is important with the information about your energetic system that I give you that you begin to implement positive change into your life. This may be big or small. For example - if you came to see me with a blocked heart chakra after feeling low self worth and esteem for years... the probability is here that you may need to do something for yourself to improve in this area to prevent your chakra from blocking again. This may be setting good and healthy boundaries so people don't use you like a doormat, embarking on a journey to really fall in love with yourself and your body or opening your heart to love. I will always be your guide but I like to remind my clients that this is a journey for you to continue beyond our sessions together. It will all be worth it!

How often should I book a session with you?
​
I always suggest that you let your intuition be your guide with this one, as you will just KNOW. I very often find that people will book a session at just the right time and usually at the beginning of some kind of symbolic 'new chapter'. Some people have a lot of new chapters so may feel the urge to come every 6 - 12 weeks. Some people feel longer is fine as long as they are taking care of themselves in between. I do have plenty of other support available (such as The Awakened Ones Membership) where I do group healing sessions and readings to help you if you would like to keep focused on your healing journey.

Do you offer recordings of our session?
​
I don't currently offer this, simply due to the volume of work I have and the responsibility of downloading / storing and sending a recording. However I am more than happy for you to record the session on the voice recorder option on your phone or to take notes.
